Vibration test


  [Project Introduction]

  This test simulates the various vibration environmental influences that the product encounters during transportation, installation and use, in order to determine whether the product can withstand various environmental vibrations.

  The most commonly used vibration modes can be divided into two types: sinusoidal vibration and random vibration. Sinusoidal vibration is a frequently used test method in laboratories, mainly to simulate the vibration generated by rotation, pulsation, and oscillation (as seen in ships, aircraft, vehicles, and space vehicles), as well as to analyze the resonant frequency of product structures and verify the residence of resonance points. It is further divided into swept-frequency vibration and fixed-frequency vibration. The severity of it depends on the frequency range, amplitude value and test duration. The vibration along with the machine is evaluated by simulating the overall structural shock resistance strength of the product and the transportation environment in the packaged state. The severity depends on the frequency range, GRMS, test duration and axial direction.
