Stacking pressure test

Stacking pressure test

[Project Introduction]

This test is used to verify the compressive strength level that the test object can withstand when it is in the packaging state, simulating the stacking of packaging materials on warehouse pallets or during transportation. Examine the protective performance of the product under vertical extrusion pressure for a certain period of time. The severity of the test depends on the pressure value, loading speed and stacking time.

Types of compression tests:

A. Static compression simulation: When stacking pallets in a container, within a certain period of time, a fixed pressure is applied to observe whether the deformation of the outer container will affect the appearance and electrical properties of the products inside.

b. Dynamic compression, with a fixed compression rate, that is, a fixed pressure is applied within each unit of time to observe whether the deformation of the outer packaging exceeds the specified requirements, thereby knowing the pressure that the packaging material can withstand and recording the load at this time.
