  1.HALT (High Acceleration Life Test) : Highly accelerated life test is a process for discovering design flaws. It accelerates the exposure of defects and weak points in the test samples by setting progressively increasing accelerated environmental stresses. Then, the exposed defects and faults are analyzed and improved in various aspects such as design, process and materials, so as to achieve the goal of enhancing reliability. The most prominent feature is that the environmental stress is set higher than the design operating limit of the sample, thus the time from exposed faults is much shorter than the time required under normal reliability stress conditions.

  2.HASS (Highly accelerated stress screen) : Highly accelerated stress screen is a high accelerated stress screen conducted on the production line after the operational or failure limit values of the product have been determined through HALT tests. 100% of the products are required to participate in the screening. The aim is to ensure that the produced products have no potential defects or at least to identify and resolve these defects before they leave the factory. HASS works by accelerating stress in the hope of finding defective products in a short time, shortening the cycle of corrective actions, and identifying products with the same problems.

  3.HASA (Highly accelerated stress audit) : Highly accelerated stress audit is a screening test method that uses sampling theory during the mass production stage of products. It can prevent defective products from being delivered to customers.
